Justice Center Chemnitz, Germany

As part of a public private partnership, Bilfinger Berger carried out the Justice Center Chemnitz, which houses both district courts and the public prosecutor’s offices. The project includes design, financing, construction and the subsequent operation of the facility over a period of 20 years. The building, which has been optimized in accordance with sustainability criteria, received the German seal of approval for sustainable construction.
