Bilfinger Berger AG and its subsidiaries place great importance on the protection of your personal data. The personal data that you enter on our website is therefore always treated confidentially and in conformance with German data protection legislation, in particular with the German Data Protection Act.

Collection of personal data / purpose limitation
Your personal data will be used solely for application purposes in accordance with the applicable provisions of data protection law.

The data you enter on the website can only be accessed by the responsible employees of our personnel departments and those employees of the specialist departments that are involved with filling the vacant positions. If you put your application documents into the applicant pool, not only Bilfinger Berger AG but also its German subsidiaries have direct system access to the data for the purpose of filling vacant positions.

If you release your profile, your data will also be used for searching for candidates and for comparing profiles.

If you enter your data, it may be be transferred to the accounting program, where it will be processed and used as employee data.

Passing on data to third parties
No personal data will be passed on to third parties outside Bilfinger Berger AG and its subsidiaries. It will be passed on to state authorities only if this is absolutely required by applicable law.

Right of information / deletion of data
At any time, you can access your applicant profile and change, withdraw or cancel it.

Six months after your last system log-on, your access to the system will be denied if you do not activate your profile by logging into the system once again. Your data will be automatically deleted 6 months after.

The deletion of data is final and the data can no longer be recovered or accessed by Bilfinger Berger AG or any of its subsidiaries.

Data security
Bilfinger Berger AG and its subsidiaries take technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unintended or unlawful deletion, change or loss, and against unauthorized transfer or access.

Consent
By entering or sending your application documentation, you give your express consent to the collection, processing and use of the data you have input and to its possible transfer to German and foreign subsidiaries for the aforementioned purposes.

Without your consent, it is not possible to enter an applicant profile, because there is no legal basis for the collection, processing or use of your data.
